Delete from the app

1. Sign in at app.nestmarks.com/settings, or open Settings in the NestMarks Android app.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password. If you sign in with Google only, type DELETE instead.

Your account is disabled immediately: it stops syncing, and the browser extension and connected devices stop working.

30 days to change your mind

Everything is permanently deleted 30 days after you confirm. If you sign in during those 30 days, NestMarks offers Restore account, which brings everything back exactly as it was. After 30 days the deletion cannot be undone.

Can’t sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject “NestMarks account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership. Never send your password or a token. The same 30-day period applies.

Your subscription

A NestMarks Pro subscription paid on the web stops renewing as soon as you ask to delete; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Restoring the account before then turns renewal back on. The subscription is cancelled when the account is finally deleted. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

What is deleted

The hosted account and its bookmarks, collections, tags, notes, cover images, device and extension tokens, verification tokens, usage records, subscription record, and hosted integration records. Data in a separately connected service (for example GoalZen) is not deleted automatically; delete that account separately.

Security logs or backups may persist for a limited period before automatic removal. Information required for legal compliance or an active dispute may be retained only as long as necessary.
