Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the hosted NestMarks service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

NestMarks provides bookmark capture, metadata enrichment, organization, search, import, export, and optional integrations. Features marked beta, preview, experimental, or coming soon may change or be removed.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and device tokens, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.

4. Your content and saved sites

You retain ownership of bookmark data, notes, tags, and files you submit. You grant Aman-INC a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure NestMarks or complete an action you request.

Saving a link does not grant rights to the linked material. You are responsible for respecting copyright, access restrictions, privacy, and the terms of the linked site.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use NestMarks to distribute unlawful material, malware, or abuse; evade access controls; scrape at harmful volume; probe the service; access another user’s library; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. We may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users and infrastructure.

6. Enrichment, AI, and third parties

NestMarks may request public pages you save to retrieve metadata. Some sites may block or limit that access, and extracted data may be incomplete. Optional AI and integration providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Review generated suggestions before applying them.

7. Portability and backups

Export tools are provided to support portability, but you are responsible for maintaining backups appropriate to your needs. We do not promise that every third-party export will preserve all NestMarks-specific metadata.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the hosted service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or successful enrichment of every URL. Limits and features may change with reasonable notice when a change materially affects hosted users.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the hosted service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties only where the law permits. Aman-INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Termination and contact

You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, or a security risk. Questions may be sent to support@nestmarks.com. Operator: Aman-INC.
